Aamir ibn Amr was the father of Abu Bakr As-Siddeeq. His kunya was Abu Quhaafah. [1]

Acceptance of Islam

Abu Quhaafah embraced Islam on the day known as the Conquest of Makkah. He had become a very old man but this did not stop Abu Bakr from rushing his father to see the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ). [2]
