Salmah bint Sakhr ibn Amr ibn Ka’ab ibn Sa’ad ibn Teem was known by the kunya (Honorific, Moniker or Nickname) Umm Al-Khair[1]. She was the wife of Aamir ibn Amr and the mother of Abu Bakr As-Siddeeq

Acceptance of Islamic
Umm Al-Khair embraced Islam in the early days of the Prophet’s (ﷺ) da’wah after an incident that brought Abu Bakr to the edge of death.[3][4][5]
